Day 108- Always Ready

The motto of the United States Coast Guard is Semper Paratus. Translated, it means "Always Ready." This was one of the first things that the Coast Guard taught me after arriving to basic training. When sharing my faith, I try to be always ready for an opportunity. I stay ready by carrying an arsenal of tracts. Yesterday, I used a ticket to heaven tract.

The day before I used one that everyone enjoys.

Today I used a penny with the Ten Commandments pressed on the front.

With every tract, I have a one-liner that puts a smile on their face and puts me at ease. Getting coffee this morning I handed a penny to the lady at the register. I used my favorite line that guarantees a laugh.
