I ran into an old acquaintance whom I knew as a nonbeliever. We both recognized each other and began to catch up on our lives. I was looking for an opportunity to share, but we both got caught up in the past. Before I knew it, he was telling me that he had to go and I had not shared the gospel. I grabbed a gospel tract and said, "Hey, one more thing. We should get together sometime. I want to share the gospel with you. I'm a Christian now and I'm definitely not the guy you used to know. Here is a tract. Read it when you have time, but call me." There was no awkward silence, he was still smiling, and I look forward to hearing from him again.
