I have heard it said that 90% of communication is non-verbal. There is a distinct look one can give that indicates that they do not want to be bothered. I got that look today. I saw it as I asked a lady if she went to church this morning. Her head jerked and her eyes screamed 'DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON MY ANSWER' as she replied, "Yes, I did. Thank you." I interpreted the 'thank you' as 'now go away.' When you get that look, just walk away. Witnessing to the churched can be rather discouraging. It's always tough going to sleep after a professing believer wonders why you would have the audacity to discuss their faith.
