Day 129- One Step Closer

When on the go, I hate passing a fishing hole without at least doing something. I may not have a lot of time to explain deep theological issues, but I can at least get people to consider the things of God. While picking up dinner I walked past a smoke hole. A smoke hole is any place where there is a designated smoking area. Usually you will find a smoker just outside the doors of various restaurants or businesses. Rather than holding my breath and hurrying by today, I chose to give the man a gospel tract. He had a church background but his body language screamed for me to leave him alone. Later tonight I stopped to get gas. I greeted a man pumping gas next to me and he expressed that he has had a very long day. I asked him if he was going to church tomorrow and he replied, "Church has been very helpful for days such as today." He told me that it was nice meeting me as he made his way towards the store. Nothing too deep today, but at least I got them thinking.
